STC is looking for an ambitious Sales &ampamp Marketing Manager to spearhead the company’s growth at an accelerated rate. The search is on for an exceptional candidate that can be instrumental in expanding our sales into current and future offshore engineering markets through entrepreneurial skills and dedication.Key responsibilities:1. To develop more product channels for STC to represent in the offshore market.2. To develop and implement the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth3. To ute business planning and product portfolio management for responsible business segment4. To set up and manage sales team.5. To be responsible for smooth workflow management – inquiry to order fulfillmentQualification Requirements:1. University degree in engineering background, with advanced degrees 〔MSc. MBA） preferred.2. At least 3-5 working experiences in related fields. Experiences with energy majors, EPCs and design firms are highly desirable.3. Good command of skills &ampamp knowledge in field of legal, finance and IT.4. Good command on English, Chinese and able to travel heavily both domestic and international. 5. Team worker with strong leadership skills.
